Tekken 8 ROG Ally Game Settings

Tekken 8 is the ninth installment in the popular Tekken fighting game series. The game will feature a new story mode, new characters, and new mechanics. The story will pick up where Tekken 7 left off, with Kazuya Mishima as the main antagonist.

Capping my framerate to 60 with the software RTSS helped stabilized my FPS in Tekken. You can download RTSS here and learn how to cap your FPS with it here.

rtss lock framerate 60 fps

Playing at 25/30W with my settings gave me an average of around 60 FPS during matches with some minor dips into 50’s. And while navigating through the menu’s I had some performance issues with stuttering. Overall the game is definitely playable on the ROG Ally but visually the game takes a hit when targeting 60 FPS which is a must for a fighting game.
