During a sit down with techlusive in India, ASUS India Vice President of Consumer & Gaming PC, System Business Group, Arnold Su teased at a potential second generation handheld gaming device, possibly the ROG Ally 2 launching this year.
We most likely will launch a second generation [handheld gaming console] this year. We will still keep the Windows features, but we will focus more on gaming.
I’m not sure if this will actually happen or not but It’s great news to know that ASUS has a ROG Ally sequel in their plans.
I would love to see a bigger battery in the next handheld device, an OLED display with HDR, multiple USB ports and Hall Effect joysticks/triggers to name a few.
Let us know on Twitter what you would love to see in the ROG Ally 2.
