Monster Hunter Rise, you take on the role of a hunter in Kamura Village. You’ll embark on quests to track and hunt down fearsome monsters using a variety of weapons and gear, all while uncovering the mysteries of the Rampage, a devastating event that threatens to engulf the village.

Go to the Performance section, Turn on Thermal Power (TDP) limit
Change the TDP to 13W.
Creating Manual 18W TDP
Open up Armoury Crate, click Settings and then click Operating Mode.
Click Manual and then select a manual mode in the drop down menu to edit. Change all three settings under CPU to this.
Next you want to adjust the fan curves for Fan 1 and 2 to look like mine or to your preference.
You can save your settings by clicking the check mark and rename your settings by clicking the 3 dots next to the checkmark.
Applying 18w mode to the Game
Go to Game Library in Armoury Crate, highlight the game you want to edit and press X on your controller. Click Configuration, then click Operating Mode DC and select the custom operating mode you just created.
The custom mode will be automatically applied the next time you launch the game.
Monster Hunter Rise runs excellent on the ROG Ally at 1080p 18W averaging well above 60 FPS through out. If you want to get even more battery life out of your Ally you can set your in game resolution to 900p and lower your TDP to 13W and average around 60 FPS that way too.
